Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you have not reached the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms for you. Keep your sign-in methods secure, provide accurate information, and do not sell, share, or impersonate another person’s account.

2. What imrdy.gg provides

imrdy.gg helps players discover, create, join, and manage gaming sessions. It is not a game publisher, console network, voice-chat service, or guarantor of another player’s identity, availability, conduct, skill, or compatibility. Features can change as the service develops.

3. Community and safety rules

You may not use the service to:

• harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, or impersonate others;
• share sexual exploitation material, illegal content, malware, scams, stolen accounts, or instructions that enable cheating or harm;
• spam, manipulate discovery, evade blocks or bans, scrape private data, or interfere with the service;
• post content you do not have the right to share or violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.

Use in-product reporting for player or content concerns. We may remove content, limit features, suspend or ban accounts, preserve evidence, and cooperate with lawful requests when reasonably necessary for safety, security, or compliance.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give imrdy.gg a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, display, resize, and deliver that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the service. You can remove editable profile content or delete your account, subject to the retention rules in the Privacy Policy.

5. Premium membership

Every active member receives complimentary Premium access during open beta. No payment method is required, and beta access never becomes a paid subscription automatically. We will deliberately announce the end of beta before the optional $1 monthly plan is available. The Billing & Refund Policyexplains the beta and future paid terms.

6. Third-party services

Authentication, hosting, payments, media, databases, and real-time delivery rely on third-party providers. Their terms may also apply. imrdy.gg is not responsible for third-party games, platforms, streams, links, outages, or changes outside our control.

7. Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, that a session will fill, or that another user will behave as expected. Nothing here excludes warranties or rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

8. Responsibility and disputes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, imrdy.gg is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the service or another user’s conduct. You remain responsible for your conduct and content. Mandatory consumer rights and any liability that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected. Contact Support first so we can try to resolve a concern informally.

9. Ending use and changes

You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. Provisions that reasonably need to survive—such as content rights already exercised, safety records, payment obligations, disclaimers, and liability limits—continue after termination. We may update these terms and will change the effective date above; material changes may require additional notice or consent where required.
