1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to the imrdy.gg website and its squad-finding, social, support, moderation, and Premium membership features. imrdy.gg is responsible for the application data described here. Our service providers process some data for us as described below.

2. Information we collect

Account data: sign-in identifiers, email address, display name, and avatar supplied through Clerk.
Profile data: username, bio, images, favorite games, platforms, languages, and play preferences you choose to provide.
Session and social data: sessions, join requests, squad memberships, friendships, blocks, invitations, notifications, reviews, and chat messages.
Safety and support data: reports, preserved evidence, feedback, internal moderation notes, and an optional reply email.
Billing data: Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan status, renewal period, and cancellation state. imrdy.gg does not store full payment-card numbers.
Technical data: request timing, safe page paths, security-rate-limit identifiers, and hosting or provider logs needed to operate and protect the service.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

authenticate accounts and provide the requested product features;
show public profiles and eligible public sessions;
deliver chat, invitations, notifications, uploads, and Premium access;
prevent fraud, spam, abuse, unauthorized access, and session overfilling;
investigate reports, enforce the rules, and keep an audit trail of sensitive admin actions;
answer support requests and improve reliability.

4. What is public

Public profiles can show your username, display name, avatar, cover, bio, gaming preferences, favorite games, Premium badge, and visible review summary. Open-session listings and their public chat can be viewed by visitors. Email addresses, authentication identifiers, billing records, blocks, reports, private feedback, and admin notes are not public. Friends Only and Private access rules are enforced by the server.

5. Service providers

We disclose only the information needed for providers to perform their services: Clerk for authentication, Neon for PostgreSQL hosting, Stripe for payments and subscription management, Cloudinary for image storage and delivery, Ably for real-time updates, and Vercel for application hosting and operational logs. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply to the data they process.

6. Retention and account deletion

Optional feedback reply email is erased after no more than 180 days, or earlier when the linked account is deleted. Replaced, rejected, and abandoned uploads are removed through scheduled cleanup. Other records are kept only while needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, enforce safety rules, or maintain billing and security audits.

To delete an account, open Account & security from your avatar or Account page and choose Delete account. Deletion removes sign-in access and public profile fields, clears private preferences and notifications, closes live sessions and squad participation, immediately cancels an active Premium subscription, and schedules active profile media for removal. Historical session, message, review, report, billing, webhook, and audit records may remain when needed, but the local account is marked deleted and its public identity is anonymized.

7. Your choices

Edit your profile and gaming preferences from Account.
Manage sign-in methods, active sessions, and deletion through Account & security.
Cancel Premium from Stripe’s Customer Portal through Membership.
Use Support for a privacy, access, correction, or deletion question.

8. Children

imrdy.gg is not directed to children under 13, and they may not create an account. If we learn that an under-13 child provided personal data, we will delete it. Users who have not reached the age of legal majority where they live need permission from a parent or legal guardian.

9. Security, transfers, and changes

We use access controls, validated server actions, encrypted provider connections, signed webhooks, and restricted secrets to protect data. No system is perfectly secure. Providers may process data in countries other than yours subject to their safeguards and applicable law. We may update this policy as the service changes and will update the date above when we do.
