Limited free-play event. Scheduled end: October 12, 2026 at 08:00 UTC. Check the publisher’s announcement for access details.
Trying ARC Raiders with friends this weekend? Embark has announced a limited free-play window alongside Frozen Trail. Here are the timing and platform details, plus a practical plan for finding a compatible squad on imrdy.gg.
When does free play start and end?
The event runs from October 8, 2026 at 09:00 UTC until October 12 at 08:00 UTC. Free access applies during this window; it is not a permanent change to the game’s price.
Which platforms are included?
Embark lists Steam, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation. Its announcement notes a €0.25 fee for PS5 players in Germany. Check the official platform instructions before downloading.
What can new players try?
The promotion includes the full game and overlaps Frozen Trail. Embark says newcomers can enter Pendola Pass when grouped with someone who has already unlocked the map.
Find teammates for your first raid
- Open the ARC Raiders game page on imrdy.gg and check available live sessions.
- Tell the squad you are new, your voice language, and whether you want a relaxed learning run.
- Confirm the platform and voice plan, then request to join. The host decides whether to accept.
- If no group fits, host a beginner-friendly session so other players can find you.
Before you drop in
Give your download time to finish, agree on an extraction plan, and keep your first squad’s goals simple. For access questions or changing event details, use Embark’s announcement below.
